Regulations and use of the facilities

The petroglyphs are located in the Campo Lameiro Park Archaeological Area. Visitors to this archaeological site agree to the following rules for using the facilities:

  • The petroglyphs have specific legal protection (Assets of Cultural Interest). Any aggression against them will be penalized by the administration; it is especially damaging to step on the surface of the panels or re-mark the grooves of the carvings.
  • Use the paths that are enabled and signposted by the organization, as they are in the best condition.
  • Respect the vegetation present in the 22 hectares of Campo Lameiro Park.
  • It is forbidden to deposit trash or any other type of objects inside the premises.
  • Guide dogs for the visually impaired are allowed.
  • Dogs belonging to the general public are allowed if they are on a leash.

The Interpretation Center is a space that requires a calm and tranquil environment for a quality visit. For this reason, we ask that you accept the following regulations:

  • Deposit large items in the lockers provided (backpacks, umbrellas, bags, cameras, etc.).
  • Use the designated areas for food and drinks: the cafeteria, and the outdoor area with tables.
  • Guide dogs for the visually impaired are allowed.
  • Dogs belonging to the general public are allowed if they are on a leash.

* Organized groups can only access the Archaeological Park under the modality of a pre-scheduled guided tour.
